Bunny Shopping

I know we are well past Easter, but technically the Easter season lasts for 50 days. So, since I work at a Catholic school I get to drag out the Easter fun as long as I want. :)

We did one of my favorite activities today. I can't take any credit for this one. It's an oldie, but a goodie! We went shopping for our bunnies. Students were given $2.00 in coins to spend. (In the past, they had to earn this money with good behavior from the previous week, but this year I didn't have my act together.) We had a "store" where they could buy fabric, ribbon, bows, buttons, rick-rack, lace, yarn, sequins, and cotton balls. Students bought items to decorate their bunnies with. They turned out SO stinkin' cute!

They recorded some of what they bought on this form:

As usual it was crazy but such a blast!
