Super Reader Pack Additions: Perfect for RTI and Beginning Readers

Remember my Super Reader Pack that I posted a few weeks ago? Well, I made some additions that I think you will like! I added a black-and-white option for the story cards and Sight Word Spin. These two activities are favorites among my students! Now you have a more printer friendly version. :)

This pack has everything you will need for your beginning readers or RTI groups!

Here are pictures of what was already included:

Additions

I added six of story cards, so now there are 36 of both sets.

I also added a black and white option for ALL of the task cards. 72 black and white cards and 72 color.

My sweet friend Christina gave me the idea of making exit slips. You can follow along as your students read these cards. There are 20 different exit slips to choose from. You can use them like a mini running record.

Here are the print-ready sight word spinners. They are similar to what is in my fall and spring guided reading pack, but different combos of words and, of course, with the super hero theme. :)

They LOVE the story spin. Here, a student highlighted the part where someone is talking with a bright whiteboard marker. Then they reread the card using their character voice for the highlighted part.

A student was having a hard time with inflectional endings. He was substituting other inflectional endings or just omitting them. So, here he highlighted all the words with an ending.

Circling the answer to his Story Spin:

If you already purchased this pack, make sure you get the update if you want the printer friendly option!
